By accessing or using BeatAdvisor.ai ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Platform. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you must have parental or guardian consent to use our services.

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

You agree not to:

• Upload copyrighted material without permission
• Upload offensive, hateful, or illegal content
• Engage in spam, harassment, or abusive behavior
• Attempt to manipulate the payment, payout, or review system
• Use automated systems (bots) to interact with the Platform
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our AI models
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonate others or provide false information

When providing peer reviews or interacting with other users:

• Provide constructive, respectful feedback
• Focus on the music, not personal attacks
• Be honest but encouraging
• Respect others' creative work
• Follow our community standards for professional conduct

Violation of community guidelines may result in account suspension or termination.

Reviewers who complete peer reviews earn a real cash payout, released via Stripe Connect once their review passes our AI quality review. Reviewers must complete Stripe Connect onboarding to receive payouts.

• Payout rates depend on your reviewer tier and quality history, and may change over time
• A review that fails quality review after all revision attempts are exhausted is reassigned to another reviewer, and no payout is generated for the original reviewer
• Reviewer experience points (XP) reflect reputation and tier progression only — they have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for money

Our AI-powered feedback is provided for informational and educational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, AI analysis may not always be perfect or applicable to your specific creative goals. Use AI feedback as one input among many in your creative process.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeatAdvisor.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Platform
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your content
• Statements or conduct of any third party on the Platform
• Any other matter relating to the Platform

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BeatAdvisor.ai, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or other conduct that we deem harmful to the Platform or other users. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
